Monitor with giant cactus
Formerly, when still the CRT (Cathodic Ray Tube) monitors were in use, emerge the myth of cactus that absorb the monitor radiations. This swindle probably was thought by some illuminated herbalist that saw the bulky filters antiradiaton that was putting in front of the screen. Surely though that he can win a lot of money selling cactus as substitute of this filters, because a cactus is a lot of more nice and friendly than an authentic filter antiradiation. Follow reading if you want to know why this belief is absurd. Learn more about "The myth of the antiradiation cactus"

Microsoft vs WebGL
Internet Explorer, that sadly is the most popular web browser is also the worst in the fulfilment of standards and the one that delay more in implementing them. Taking advantage of their dominant situation Microsoft, decided that the new versions will not going to be compatible with the new open standard for the 3D Web (WebGL) to try favour the implantation of their proprietary technology (Silverlight), but that decision could be a bad idea. Hz is not equal to Mbps
How many times have you hear, told or wrote the expression X megs of bandwidth. I'm sure that a lot of times, because the continued use of this phrase, have been converted in the regular way of talking of all the people and is totally incorrect. Something seemed happens when say that we weight 154 pounds, being the pound a unit of mass and not of weight. We must say: "I weight 70 kiloponds" or "I weight 154 pounds-force". Follow reading if you want to know why the case of the megs of bandwidth, also is incorrect. Enter into "The Megs of bandwidth doesn't exists"

linked data - semantic web
Tim Berners Lee, inventor of the Web, from the beginning wanted that his invention was semantic forming a global data base of the human knowledge, in which the information could be consulted by all the world and understood by the machines, to generate new knowledge, answer questions and create artificial intelligences that could surpass the Turing Test. This idea begins to become true, but first have to overcome several difficulties that I'm going to expose next. Don't stop reading the rest of "The problems of the semantic Web"
